Full Electrical Installation for 320m Villa — New Cairo
An independent villa in New Cairo, 3 floors + basement. The owner planned for central AC, smart home, and future solar integration. The installation required full engineering design to accommodate all these loads.
The main challenge was that the villa is split across 3 floors with a pool, garage, and external annex — each with independent loads. The owner wanted a main board design allowing easy future expansion without full rewiring.
Additionally, separate smart home (KNX) conduit routes were required, isolated from the power circuits, to simplify future maintenance.
Designed a 3-phase main board (125A) with sub-boards per floor
Separated central AC circuits (6×10mm²) from lighting and socket circuits
Installed separate 20mm KNX conduits from distribution cabinet to each room
Dedicated pool & transfer pump circuit with dual RCD protection
Full insulation testing with Fluke meter before handover — report delivered
25% spare capacity in each sub-board for future expansion

Day 1-3: Inspection, drawings, load distribution

Day 4-10: Conduit and cable runs across all floors
Phase 3
Day 11-16: Board installation and internal connections
Phase 4
Day 17-18: Testing and report handover
The villa was handed over after 18 days with a full technical report including board schematics, load schedules, and insulation test results. The owner later added a KNX system and solar panels with zero rewiring needed.
5-year warranty on all installation work.
