4-Floor Building (8 Apartments) Electrical + Smart Home Infrastructure — 6th October
A private residential building in 6th October City, 4 floors, 8 apartments. The owner wanted full engineering-grade installation with smart home infrastructure for each apartment and common areas, plus a main board sized for future expansion.
Coordinating work across 4 floors simultaneously to meet delivery dates while maintaining execution quality per floor. Each apartment had independent requirements plus shared areas (stairwell, elevator, garage).
KNX infrastructure per apartment independently without affecting main power circuits, maintaining adequate separation distance between KNX and power conduit routes.
3-phase main board (200A) at ground floor with per-apartment metering
8 independent apartment boards + 2 common-area boards (stairwell + garage/elevator)
Separated AC circuits (4×10mm²) from lighting and sockets per apartment
Separate 20mm KNX conduits from per-apartment cabinet to each room
Dual Cat6 cable run per apartment for internet and smart home readiness
Insulation test and independent delivery report per apartment + full building report

Day 1-5: Layout design, team assignment per floor

Day 6-16: Power and KNX conduit and cable runs
Phase 3
Day 17-22: Board installation, per-apartment connections
Phase 4
Day 23-25: Testing and per-apartment + building report handover
The full building was delivered in 25 days with an independent report per apartment and a comprehensive building report. Residents later added KNX devices and smart home systems without any additional drilling or chasing work.
